Red Velvet Cupcakes

With Valentines just around the corner we thought we'd bring you one of our favourite cupcake recipes... The Red Velvet Cupcake!

These are so yummy and look fantastic. We will certainly be baking these this week. Our favourite recipe has to be the Hummingbird Bakery one, which you can find here.
